Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within five (5) minutes during banking hours (Western Indonesia Time / WIB). You may only deposit funds that legally belong to You. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The name on Your payment account (bank account or e-wallet) must match the name registered on Your kaya88 Account. Deposits made from accounts not registered in Your name will be refunded (minus any applicable transaction fees), and Your Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. You may withdraw funds only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name and verified during the KYC process.
kaya88 processes Withdrawal requests twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Most Withdrawals are completed within five (5) minutes of approval. In exceptional cases — such as large Withdrawal amounts, first-time Withdrawals, or flagged transactions requiring additional security review — processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
For security reasons, kaya88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or documentation before processing a Withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in Withdrawal cancellation and Account suspension.
All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time (1× rollover requirement) before they become eligible for Withdrawal. This requirement is in place to prevent misuse of kaya88 as a money transfer service. Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7 below.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for most Bonuses is ten times (10×) the Bonus amount. For example, if You receive a Rp 100.000 Bonus, You must place Bets totaling Rp 1.000.000 before the Bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

Certain games may be excluded entirely from Bonus wagering. kaya88 reserves the right to modify contribution percentages or exclude specific games at any time.
kaya88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, colluding with other users, placing offsetting Bets (e.g., backing both sides of a market to guarantee a win), and employing automated betting software or bots. Any user found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account will be permanently terminated.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the Bonus being credited to Your Account. Expired Bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from Your Balance.
kaya88 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at Our sole discretion. Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a technical malfunction) or if a market is voided by kaya88 due to rule violations or external factors such as match cancellation.
Sports betting markets cover a wide range of events, including but not limited to: football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia — Garuda — matches), basketball, badminton (including All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including Mandalika circuit races), volleyball, tennis, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire Grand Finals).
All Bets on live sports events are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BWF, FIM). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, Bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time.
kaya88 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws based on official results from Singapore, Sydney, and Hongkong pools. Results are independently verified and displayed live on the Platform. Sabung ayam (cockfight betting) results are determined by the official outcome of each match as broadcast in the live stream. Any dispute regarding game results must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of the event conclusion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kaya88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform, Your breach of this Agreement, or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
In no event shall kaya88's total liability to You for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount You have deposited into Your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting kaya88 customer support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, You must withdraw any remaining Balance. kaya88 reserves the right to retain Your Account information for a period of five (5) years to comply with record-keeping obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering and financial regulations.
kaya88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if We have reasonable grounds to believe that You have breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. Upon termination, kaya88 will process any pending Withdrawals of legitimately earned funds; however, any Bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kaya88 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Your use of kaya88 Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kaya88.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
